responsibilities :

develop marketing strategy and action plans to achieve the sales and profit targets.
ensure outstanding execution of all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including advertising.
act as a continuous source of creative ideas to increase store sales, brand awareness and image through marketing and promotional opportunities.
analyze, evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness for all marketing and promotional initiatives

relationships :

demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company associates, proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, seize opportunities creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

kriteria specifications :

marketing degree or business degree with strong marketing emphasis.
extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
self motivated and detil oriented with strong leadership skills.
outstanding prioritization and organizational skills, with proven ability in project management.

ability to interact, inform, motivate and work with a diverse group of people.
flair for analytical judgment, with a methodical and systematic approach.
creative, outgoing, enthusiastic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
computer literate and excellent command of english, both written and verbal.
an attractive remuneration package would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experiences of the selected candidates.
